Benguet State University headed for CARASUC
CARASUC stands for the Cordillera Administrative Region Association of State Universities and Colleges, an organization representing 16 State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) of the Philippines
Purpose
CARASUC aims to foster collaboration and cooperation among its member SUCs, likely focusing on academic, research, and other related activities.
Activities
CARASUC has been involved in various initiatives, including the launch of the Bamboo Industry Development Program Project Exhibits and the Cordillera Heritage 101 book.
Recent Events
In 2024, the CARASUC Athletic Meet took place in Apayao, with over 2,000 participants from seven SUCs
Future Events
MPSU (Mountain Province State Polytechnic College) hosted a meeting in December 2024 for the Sports and Cultural Directors of the SUCs, focusing on planning for the CARASUC 2025 Athletic Meet and Culture and the Arts Festival.
